Sweep is an iPhone app that makes sorting your camera roll feel light. You swipe through your photos month by month, and Sweep finds duplicates, similar shots, big videos, screenshots and blurry photos for you. On This Day brings back old days as you go.
Open Organize and choose a month. Swipe right to keep a photo or left to move it to the Archive, and tap Undo to step back. When the month is done, delete what you archived, or keep anything you changed your mind about.
Sweep is free to download, and swiping is free with no limit. Free users can delete a set number of photos each day. Sweep Pro removes that limit and adds Video Compress, Live to Still and albums.
Yes. Sweep does all its sorting on your iPhone, so you can swipe through your photos without a connection. If your iPhone keeps some originals only in iCloud, those photos may look less sharp, and videos stored that way need a connection to play.
A left swipe only moves a photo to the Archive, and nothing leaves your library until you choose to delete. iOS asks you to confirm every delete. Deleted photos then wait in Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days, so you can still bring them back.
